Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Western medical diagnostic criteria: Refer to the "Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Osteoarthritis (2024 Edition)" 1) Repeated knee pain within the past month; 2) Age =50 years old; 3) Morning stiffness =30 minutes; 4) There is a bone rubbing sound (sensation) during activities; 5) X-ray films (in standing or weight-bearing position) show narrowed joint Spaces, subchondral bone hardening or cystic changes, and osteophytes formation at the joint margins. 6)K-L classification stage II-III; 7) Sign the informed consent form. Diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese medicine 1) Knee soreness; 2) Lack of activity; 3) Difficulty in standing up from a sitting position; 4) Feeling weak when going up and down stairs; 5) Mentally exhausted and weak, short of breath and reluctant to speak; 6) The tongue is dull with petechiae and ecchymosis, the coating is white or yellow, and the pulse is deep, slow and weak.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: Severe liver and kidney diseases, tumors, acute infections, and those who received intra-articular injections or underwent surgery within the last three months.
