18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Met the diagnostic criteria; (2) onset =12 h; (3) aged 18–80 years, with no restriction on sex; (4) voluntarily participated in this study and provided written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) History of myocardial infarction; (2) presence of cardiogenic shock; (3) cardiac arrest prior to enrollment; (4) severe cardiac complications such as ventricular septal perforation; (5) malignant tumors; impaired hepatic or renal function; severe pulmonary disease; or coagulation disorders; (6) pregnant or breastfeeding women; (7) allergy to the study medication; (8) currently taking Chinese herbal medicines or proprietary Chinese medicines with ingredients similar to Qishen Yiqi Dripping Pills; (9) participation in other drug clinical trials; (10) inability to complete the study or to comply with study requirements.
