Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Only those who meet all of the following criteria are eligible for inclusion: 1) In accordance with the 2002 International classification of Sjogren's syndrome (diagnostic criteria); 2) Age 18-75 years old; 3) Symptoms of dry mouth or dry eyes, and VAS=40mm; 4) Patients agreed to be treated and examined for 4 weeks and signed informed consent; 5) Hydroxychloroquine sulfate should be continued for at least 4 weeks and other DMARDs should be discontinued for at least 6 months 6) Withdrawal of immunosuppressive agents, biological agents, and gland agonists for at least 6 months 7) Discontinuation of steroid therapy for at least 4 weeks 8) Not taking Chinese medicine preparations such as Tripterygium wilfordii tablets, total glucosides of paeony or Chinese medicine decoction within 2 weeks

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any of the following conditions shall be excluded: 1 pregnant or lactating women; 2 patients with secondary Sjogren's syndrome; 3 complicated with serious heart, liver, kidney, brain and other important organ lesions; (4) Complicated with nervous system damage, glomerular acidosis, interstitial pneumonia, liver damage, severe damage (such as severe hypokalemia);
