Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Females aged 50 to 80 years old, with menopause duration exceeding 1 year; 2. Agree to undergo bone density examination and detection using the tongue-pulse four-diagnosis instrument; 3. Possess reading, writing, and communication skills, and are able to cooperate with examinations and treatments; 4. Voluntarily participate in the trial and sign the informed consent form; 5. For participants selected for sample collection, the following additional criteria must be met: presence of low-energy femoral neck fracture, meeting the indications for artificial hip joint replacement surgery, scheduled for open surgery within 1 week, and kidney yang deficiency syndrome manifestations in traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis, etc.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants who do not cooperate with the investigation or refuse to participate in the study midway; 2. Postmenopausal individuals due to ovariectomy or other non-natural causes and are older than 80 years; 3. Individuals with endocrine diseases affecting bone metabolism, such as parathyroid diseases, gonadal diseases, adrenal diseases, and thyroid diseases; or those who have been using long-term glucocorticoids or other medications leading to secondary osteoporosis; 4. Patients with severe cardiovascular diseases, malignant tumors with bone metastasis; 5. Participants selected for sample collection will be excluded if any of the following conditions are met: 1) Those who require surgical treatment after conservative treatment for fractures; 2) Old fractures; 3) Those with endocrine diseases, rheumatic immune system diseases, or other systemic metabolic bone diseases; 4) C-reactive protein =8 mg/L, suspected prosthetic infection; 5) Severe liver or kidney dysfunction; 6) History of uterine or ovarian surgery;
