Interventions

Experimental Group (Group A):Participants will receive a combined intervention of Acupressure and Deep Breathing Exercises (DBE) for 3 days per week over 4 weeks. Acupressure: Manual pressure will be
Control Group (Group B):Participants will receive standard routine care and follow-up without any additional acupressure or breathing interventions.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The study included patients diagnosed with breast cancer, adult individuals receiving chemotherapy, who exhibited no signs of ulceration in pressure points, and/or demonstrated moderate to severe levels of fatigue at baseline, and expressed a willingness to engage in the research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Women diagnosed with chronic medical conditions, such as diabetes mellitus, cardiovascular diseases, and chronic renal insufficiency, were excluded from the investigation due to the potential influence of these conditions on fatigue experience. Furthermore, individuals presenting with redness, tenderness, and edema at the acupoints, as well as those suffering from infections, skin disorders, or other dermatological issues, were also excluded from the study. A participant's unwillingness to persist in the study or death.
