Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Common inclusion criteria 1) Men or women aged 40-70; 2)high school education and above able to correctly understand the requirements of researchers; 3) Those who voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form. 2) Patients with medial compartment knee osteoarthritis were included in the criteria. 1) It conforms to the KOA diagnostic criteria of medial compartment in the Guideline for Diagnosis and Treatment of Osteoarthritis (2018 Edition) of Joint Surgery Group of Osteology Branch of Chinese Medical Association; A. Recurrent knee pain in the past month; B. X-ray film (standing position or weight-bearing position) shows that the joint space of medial compartment of tibial joint is narrowed and subchondral bone. Sclerosis and/or cystic degeneration osteophyte formation at the joint edge; C. Age =50 years old; D. morning stiffness time = 30 min; E. there is a bone rubbing sound (feeling) when moving; Note: Knee osteoarthritis can be diagnosed if the diagnostic criteria A+(any two of B C D and E) are met. 2) Kellgren-Lawrence grading of X-ray film of knee joint was assessed as Grade II or III. (3) It meets the diagnostic criteria of knee tendon dislocation; A. Clinical symptoms: knee joint pain stiffness weakness movement disorder and other symptoms; B clinical signs: static palpation of the knee with tenderness around the knee joint increased local muscle tension and knee joint closure. One or more common signs of KOA such as limited active and passive motion of the joint and positive patellar friction test; C. Special signs: dynamic palpation of the knee with enhanced terminal feeling of knee tibiofemoral joint and patellofemoral joint Decreased looseness accompanied by one or more special signs such as obvious tenderness; D. Imaging features: Orthographic X-ray (standing position or weight-bearing position) shows osteophyte formation or tibial joint position. Tibial joint space stenosis caused by abnormality; Orthographic X-ray showed varus deformity of knee joint and/or abnormal Q angle (male 10 female 20); Lateral X-ray shows patella high or low. Note: If the diagnostic criteria A+(any two items in B C and D) are met the dislocated knee tendon can be diagnosed. 3) Inclusion criteria for healthy subjects 1) It doesn't meet the KOA diagnostic criteria of medial compartment in "Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Osteoarthritis (2018 Edition)" of Joint Surgery Group of Osteology Branch of Chinese Medical Association; 2) It doesn't meet the diagnostic criteria of knee tendon dislocation; 3) The Kellgren-Lawrence grading of X-ray film of knee joint was evaluated as 0 or I grade.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (3) Exclusion criteria Those who meet one of the following conditions cannot be included in this study. (1) those who have suffered severe trauma to their lower limbs in the past 12 months; 2) History of hip or knee replacement; 3) People who can't walk independently without the help of walking AIDS; 4) Patients with serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases digestive system diseases autoimmune diseases psychosis acute or chronic infection; 5) Pregnant and lactating women; 6) Other circumstances that the researcher considers unsuitable to participate in this study.
