Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Participants have no cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, or renal diseases and no history of sports injuries; 2) Participants have not engaged in any regular exercise in the past three months; 3) Participants agree to participate in the experiment and have good compliance; 4) Participants are female university students aged 18-24.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Individuals with a history of cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, or renal diseases, as well as knee joint injuries and balance dysfunction; 2) Female college students with relatively poor compliance.
