Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) It meets the diagnostic criteria of HT and MCI and there is a clear sequential relationship between HT and cognitive impairment with relatively stable blood pressure control; (2) Cognitive decline for more than 3 months and symptoms are relatively stable: Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale (MOCA) score =18 points and < 26 points; The Clinical Dementia Scale (CDR) score < 1 point. The Activities of Daily Living (ADL) score< 22 points and no more than one item in the individual score =3 points. (3) Age 45 to 75 right-handed; (4) Education level: Primary school (6 years or more) capable of correctly understanding and completing the scales; (5) Patients or their family members who sign the informed consent form and cooperate with the treatment. Note: Only patients who meet all the above criteria simultaneously can be included in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Currently undergoing other treatments that may interfere with cognitive function such as taking medications that affect cognition (donepezil memantine rivaroxamine etc.); (2) Neurological diseases or chronic diseases systemic diseases that have been diagnosed as potentially affecting cognitive function; (3) Imaging findings include multiple infarctions infarctions in important memory regions of the brain or severe white matter lesions (Fazekas score >3) etc. (4) There are secondary hypertension refractory hypertension or clinical complications and target organ damage; (5) Those who have aphasia hearing impairment or muscle strength less than grade 3 and other functional impairments and are unable to cooperate with the test; (6) Patients with diabetes or those with a body mass index (BMI) 35 scores); (8) Those with bleeding disorders or skin diseases; (9) Drug addicts smokers and heavy drinkers; (10) Women who are menstruating pregnant planning to become pregnant or breastfeeding; (11) Has received any acupuncture treatment within 3 months or participated in other clinical studies. (12) Those with other contraindications to brain functions. Note: Any patient who meets any of the above conditions will be excluded.
