Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age range: 45 - 85 years old; 2) Those who meet the diagnostic criteria for Parkinson's disease in both traditional Chinese and Western medicine, and the diagnostic criteria for the liver and kidney yin deficiency type of tremor in traditional Chinese medicine (with 2 main symptoms and 1 or more secondary symptoms) (two physicians with the title of associate chief physician or above conduct syndrome differentiation facing each other, ensuring the accuracy of the liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome type); 3) Voluntary participation in this study and signing the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Those with communication disorders either orally or in writing, and those who cannot cooperate; 2) Those with blood system diseases, malignant tumors, diabetic ketoacidosis or functional failures of the heart, liver, kidney, etc., with critical conditions and those whose conditions are difficult to evaluate for effective treatment.
