Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Those who meet the diagnostic criteria for mild cognitive impairment due to cerebral small vessel disease in both Chinese and Western medicine, and have a Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) score between 19 and 25 points; 2) Aged 50 to 80 years, with no gender restrictions; 3) Have not received any treatment related to this disease in the past month; 4) Stable condition, clear consciousness, and able to cooperate with assessment and treatment; 5) Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Excluding other imaging changes or diseases that can explain memory or other cognitive impairments, such as: no cortical and/or subcortical non-lacunar infarction, cerebral hemorrhage; 2) Special causes of white matter (multiple sclerosis, brain radiotherapy, etc.); 3) Brain lesions (such as Alzheimer's disease, tumors, etc.); 4) Severe mental illness and epilepsy, alcohol and drug abuse, poisoning and metabolic abnormalities, etc.; 5) Suffering from severe organ failure, severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, malignant tumors, etc., which cannot ensure the successful completion of the trial; 6) Presence of severe neurological deficits such as aphasia and temperature sensation disorders; 7) Pregnant women and lactating women; 8) Those allergic to the items used in the therapy or with local skin damage at the moxibustion site; 9) Other situations not suitable for moxibustion treatment.
