Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age range 18-80 years. Diagnosed with lung cancer and aware of the diagnosis. Meets the criteria for cancer-related fatigue (symptoms lasting = 2 weeks and affecting daily activities) and has a Piper Fatigue Scale score = 4. Has signed an ethics committee–approved informed consent form. Has good physical condition and, as assessed by the attending physician, is able to receive the nonpharmacologic intervention program.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Has a TCM syndrome pattern of qi and yin deficiency or yin–yang deficiency. Has severe systemic diseases (e.g., of the heart, liver, or kidneys) that may require treatment adjustments during the intervention period or may significantly affect fatigue assessment. Has severe psychiatric disorders or cognitive impairment. Has concomitant other malignant tumors. Has recently used medications that may interfere with the effects of medicinal diet therapy or herb-partitioned moxibustion. Is currently participating in another clinical trial. Is unable to receive Five-Element music therapy due to hearing loss.
