Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the ILD Western medicine diagnostic criteria (central MDD); (2) Aged 18 years or older; (3) Willing to voluntarily participate in the study with informed consent;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with active pulmonary tuberculosis, HIV, and other infectious diseases; (2) Patients with life-threatening major diseases such as acute myocardial infarction, malignant arrhythmia, renal failure, advanced malignant tumors, or hematological disorders; (3) Patients currently participating in other clinical trials; (4) Patients with mental illness, cognitive impairment, or other conditions affecting communication; (5) Patients with severe liver or kidney dysfunction, allergic constitution, or multiple drug allergies; (6) Pregnant or breastfeeding women; (7) Patients who cannot obtain medical information or have missing information.
