Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1)Meeting the diagnostic criteria for femoral head necrosis; 2) ARCO stage II-III A (peri-collapse stage); 3) Age ranging from 18 to 55 years old; 4) DSA angiography results indicating type I and type IIA; 5) TCM syndrome differentiation as phlegm and blood stasis blocking the meridians; 6) Follow up time = 2 years, complete imaging and clinical data.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)previous hip-preserving surgery; 2) continued systemic corticosteroid therapy required for co-existing disease; 3)concomitant hip disorders including developmental dysplasia of the hip, pigmented villonodular synovitis, rheumatoid arthritis with hip involvement, or ankylosing spondylitis with hip involvement; 4) psychiatric disease, cerebrovascular disorder, or other neurological conditions precluding reliable follow-up; 5)indistinct or un-interpretable imaging data.
