50 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 50-70 years; (2) Diagnosed with knee osteoarthritis and willing to participate in the study; (3) Agree and sign informed consent; (4) Knee pain duration =3 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Received intra-articular drug injections within the past month; (2) Received any other treatments within the past month; (3) Experienced severe adverse events during needle knife treatment affecting subsequent therapy; (4) Pregnant or lactating women; (5) Patients with knee skin lesions or allergies; (6) Patients with tumors, tuberculosis, rheumatic/rheumatoid arthritis, gout, joint trauma, other chronic pain symptoms, or history of traumatic brain injury with loss of consciousness.
