45 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: Meets diagnostic criteria for ischaemic stroke or cerebral haemorrhage, confirmed by cranial CT and/or MRI, with disease duration =1 year 2: Patient aged 45–80 years 3: Stable vital signs, alert consciousness, adequate cardiopulmonary function, no significant sensory impairment, cognitive impairment, or intellectual disability, with good cooperation during assessment 4: Standing balance = Grade 1, Functional Activities of the Community (FAC) = Grade 2 5: Voluntary cooperation from both the patient and family members for treatment and assessment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Concurrent severe diseases of vital organs such as the heart, liver, or kidneys 2) Presence of other neurological or musculoskeletal disorders affecting balance 3) Severe visual or vestibular dysfunction 4) Inability to tolerate rehabilitation training or non-cooperative individuals.
