Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnostic Criteria In accordance with the diagnostic criteria of the "Chinese Expert Consensus on Chronic Constipation (2019)" : (1) Manifestations: 1) Bowel difficulty: Straining during defecation, difficulty in evacuation, incomplete evacuation sensation, anal blockage sensation, etc.; 2) Reduced bowel frequency: Less than 3 bowel movements per week; 3) Hard stools (2) Duration: At least 6 months. Inclusion Criteria (1) Meets the diagnostic criteria of the "Chinese Expert Consensus on Chronic Constipation (2019)"; (2) Age between 18 and 75 years old; (3) Planning to undergo diagnostic, screening, or monitoring colonoscopy; (4) Voluntary participation and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria: (1) History of colorectal surgery; (2) Severe cardiac, pulmonary, hepatic, or renal dysfunction; (3) Allergy to the drugs used in this study; (4) Skin damage at the application site; (5) Pregnancy or breastfeeding; (6) Individuals without legal capacity to consent or unable to cooperate. Withdrawal Criteria for Participants: (1) Participant cancels the colonoscopy; (2) Participant's condition deteriorates, making continuation inadvisable; (3) Severe adverse events occur, making continuation inadvisable; (4) Participant voluntarily requests withdrawal from the study; (5) Inability to complete the full colon examination due to factors such as mass effect.
