Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Meets thediagnosis criteria for KOA and thediagnosis criteria for blood stasis obstruction syndrome; Age between 40 and 75 years; Body Mass Index (BMI) <35 kg/m²; According to the knee joint Kellgren/Lawrence grading criteria, radiographic X-ray grading is I~III; Disease duration within 10 years, with recent knee joint dysfunction; Patients are conscious and able to understand and complete the questionnaire; Voluntarily participating in this trial and signing the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Other diseases causing knee issues; Coexisting severe cardiovascular diseases, severe infections, mental illnesses, etc.; Having used other treatment methods within the past month before treatment, which may affect the evaluation of therapeutic effects.
