40 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria 1) Meeting the above diagnostic criteria; 2) Age between 40 and 75 years old, no gender limitation; 3) Confirmed as posterior circulation ischemia by CT and/or MRI, and TCD examination shows stenosis or abnormal blood flow velocity in the vertebral-basilar artery; 4) Normal consciousness and no history of mental illness, able to cooperate with treatment; 5) Voluntary participation, able to comply with the trial protocol and sign the informed consent form; 6) During the trial period, no other treatment methods except those in this trial are used.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria:1) Patients with intracranial space-occupying lesions, cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage, ophthalmogenic, otogenic or drug-induced vertigo have been identified through examination. 2) Patients with combined cognitive dysfunction and mental illness. 3) Patients with intracranial space-occupying lesions, cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage, otorhinogenic or drug-induced vertigo have been identified. 4) Those who are currently or recently (within 6 months) addicted to drugs or alcohol; or taking drugs that may cause memory impairment. 5) Patients with severely impaired auditory and visual organs.
