30 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meets the diagnostic criteria for stable coronary artery disease. (2) Age between 30 and 75 years, with no gender restrictions. (3) Voluntarily participates in the study and signs the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Acute myocardial infarction or coronary artery revascularization treatment occurred within the past 30 days; (2) Individuals with any of the following conditions: a. Hypertension that remains uncontrolled despite antihypertensive therapy (systolic blood pressure =180 mmHg, diastolic blood pressure =100 mmHg); b. Severe malignant arrhythmias, pulmonary heart disease, rheumatic heart disease, myocarditis, cardiomyopathy, aortic dissection, pulmonary embolism, or other severe conditions; (3) Chest pain symptoms related to hyperthyroidism, cervical spondylosis, biliary-cardiac syndrome, hiatal hernia, neurosis, or menopausal syndrome; (4) Individuals with severe bleeding risk; (5) Serum alanine aminotransferase or serum creatinine >3 times the upper limit of normal reference values; (6) Individuals with severe hematological diseases or malignant tumors; (7) Individuals with severe infectious diseases, acute cerebrovascular diseases, or other conditions where the investigator believes CTA examination is not feasible; (8) History of iodine allergy, hyperthyroidism, renal insufficiency, glaucoma, pregnancy, lactation, or those planning to become pregnant; (9) Individuals with severe mental illness or severe suicidal tendencies; (10) Refusal to sign the informed consent form, or those estimated to have poor compliance.
