Chronic heart failure

Interventions

Treatment group:On the basis of routine Western medicine treatment, using Astragalus injection for acupuncture injection, selecting the Neiguan acupoint.
Control Group:Routine Western medical treatment was used as the basis, with sterile injection water serving as the placebo, using the same method as the treatment group.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with chronic heart failure caused by various cardiovascular diseases. The criteria for chronic heart failure are assessed according to the "2023 ESC Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute and Chronic Heart Failure" issued by the European Society of Cardiology (ESC) in 2023. (2) Age between 18 and 90 years. (3) Symptoms include fatigue after physical activity, dyspnea, palpitations, and bilateral lower limb edema.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those allergic to Astragalus injection; 2. Patients with implanted CRT; 3. Patients with anemia, autoimmune diseases, or tumors; 4. Patients with severe hepatic or renal insufficiency and systemic diseases; 5. Patients who meet the inclusion criteria but fail to take medication as prescribed, making it difficult to assess efficacy or safety due to incomplete data; 6. Patients with cardiogenic shock or altered mental status; 7. Patients with mental illness or poor compliance; 8. Patients currently participating in other clinical trials.
