Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Early to mid stage patients with KOA who meet the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine; 2) Meets the diagnostic criteria for knee obstruction syndrome; 3) The imaging grading conforms to grades I-III; 4) Between the ages of 30 and 70, with no gender restrictions; 5) Clear consciousness, no severe center of gravity, lung, liver, or kidney dysfunction; 6) Voluntarily accept this research topic, sign an informed consent form, and cooperate with treatment for 3 courses; 7) Stop using any treatment methods or oral medications related to this disease for at least two weeks (without compromising personal safety).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Those who do not meet the diagnostic and inclusion criteria of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in this study; 2) Patients with severe heart, brain, liver, kidney, and blood system diseases, as well as patients with psychiatric disorders; 3) Combine patients with other diseases that can affect the knee joint, such as trauma, rheumatic diseases, knee joint tumors, skin diseases, etc; 4) Not cooperating with treatment or not accepting observation; 5) Pregnant and lactating women, elderly dementia patients; 6) Individuals with abnormal anti-O and rheumatoid factor; 7) Patients with trauma or vascular lesions around the knee joint.
