Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age between 65-70 years old, female; 2. No regular exercise history in the past 6 months, no experience in square dancing or brisk walking; 3.No congenital defects or related diseases in cognitive function and balance ability, baseline score of Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale (MoCA) =20 points; 4. No severe cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, or bone joint diseases, or other contraindications for exercise; 5.Voluntarily participates in the study, able to understand and comply with the research protocol, and willing to sign the informed consent form; 6.No significant resistance to exercise intervention, committed to completing all tests throughout the study..
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Age less than 65 years or greater than 70 years; 2.History of imbalance and falls (within the past year); 3. Currently undergoing physical rehabilitation treatment or other interventional studies; 4.Long-term regular exercise (at least 3 times per week, each session =30 minutes), or cognitive and balance abilities significantly superior to peers (MoCA scale score =28 points); 5.
