Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age = 60 years; 2. History of cerebral infarction, meeting the diagnostic criteria for cerebral hemorrhage in the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Cerebral Hemorrhage or the diagnostic criteria for acute ischemic stroke in the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke; 3. Meeting the diagnostic criteria for sarcopenia in the Chinese Expert Consensus on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Sarcopenia in the Elderly (2021); 4. Patients with the syndrome of "deficiency of spleen and kidney" according to traditional Chinese medicine; 5. Able to comply with all treatment measures; 6. Patients and their families voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of multiple (=2 times) cerebral infarctions; 2. Presence of cognitive impairment (MMSE score <27 points) or a history of mental illness; 3. Patients with a SARC-F score greater than 4 points upon admission when recalling pre-stroke status, i.e., suspected sarcopenia before the stroke; 4. Unstable condition or concurrent severe diseases; 5.Meets the contraindications for moxibustion and auricular acupressure therapy.; 6. Recent use of other medications or Chinese medical therapies for sarcopenia within the past three months; 7. Unable to comply with follow-up treatment and re-examination after discharge.
