35 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: Age 35–80 years old 2: diagnosed as atrophic gastritis with intestinal metaplasia (IM) by gastroscopic examination and histopathological diagnosis 3: Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) diagnosis of Spleen-Stomach Damp-Heat Syndrome 4: able to understand and sign the informed consent form (ICF) and willing to cooperate in completing the entire research process.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: Previous gastric cancer or complicated with high-grade intraepithelial neoplasia (HGIN) 2: lactation or pregnancy 3: severe mental illness 4: other severe systemic diseases (such as malignant tumors, severe cardiac, hepatic, or renal failure, etc.).
