Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1)Meets the diagnostic criteria for PCOS: meets the diagnostic criteria for PCOS: referring to the diagnostic criteria for adult and adolescent PCOS specified in the 2023 International Evidence-Based Guidelines for the Assessment and Management of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome; 2) Aged between 14 and 40 years old; 3) Voluntarily signs the informed consent form and is willing to cooperate with follow-up visits.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Congenital adrenal hyperplasia, Cushing's syndrome, androgen-secreting tumors, and other causes of non-PCOS-related hyperandrogenism; 2) Hyperprolactinemia, premature ovarian failure, thyroid dysfunction, and other endocrine disorders causing menstrual irregularities; 3) Complicated with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, hepatic or renal insufficiency, or malignant tumors; 4) Pregnant or lactating women; 5) Subjects who have participated in other drug clinical trials within the past month.
