Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for primary Parkinson's disease in Western medicine and the diagnostic and syndrome criteria for yin deficiency and wind movement type tremor disease in traditional Chinese medicine; 2. Patients with Parkinson's disease in H-Y stages 2-4; 3. Patients aged 18-80 years; 4. Patients with normal mental status, clear speech, and cooperative behavior; 5. Patients who agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with secondary Parkinson's syndrome; 2. Pregnant or lactating women; 3. Patients with severe primary diseases of the cardiovascular, liver, kidney, and hematopoietic systems, mental illness, or severe conditions that affect their quality of life.
