Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Aged between 18 and 75 years old; Meeting the diagnostic criteria for postoperative gastroparesis syndrome; Without severe mental illness or contraindications to acupuncture; Having sufficient cognitive function and language ability to communicate and complete the learning questionnaire; Volunteering to participate in this randomized controlled study and signing the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with mechanical obstruction or stenosis of the digestive tract; Patients under 18 years old or over 75 years old; Obvious disorders of water, electrolyte and acid - base balance. Patients with gastroparesis caused by diabetes or other diseases. Patients who have used other forms of non - drug interventions (such as physiotherapy, other traditional Chinese medicine treatments); Patients with severe infection or coagulation dysfunction; Patients unable to tolerate acupuncture; Pregnant women, lactating women or subjects planning to have children within two years; Severe heart, kidney and other organ dysfunctions, such as arrhythmia (requiring anti - arrhythmic drugs or pacemaker implantation), uncontrollable hypertension, a history of myocardial infarction within 6 months, QT interval prolongation exceeding 450 ms, congestive heart failure > NYHA class 2; Other serious diseases, such as alcoholism, drug abuse or mental and psychological diseases, which may affect informed consent or the patient's ability to cooperate;
