Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets the diagnostic criteria for posterior circulation ischemia (refer to the "Chinese Expert Consensus on Posterior Circulation Ischemia"). 2. Confirmed by TCD that VA/BA blood flow velocity is reduced. 3. TCM syndrome differentiation: "Unsmooth Shaoyang (Shuji) with deficiency of kidney essence" (main symptoms: vertigo, bitter mouth and dry throat, discomfort in the chest and (xie), soreness and weakness in the waist and knees, tinnitus; secondary symptoms: irritability, alternating chills and fever, tinnitus with forgetfulness, thin and wiry pulse). 4. Age between 40-75 years old, signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Posterior circulation infarction, intracerebral hemorrhage, and other severe cerebrovascular diseases. 2. Impaired liver and kidney function, severe cardiovascular diseases. 3. Allergy to the investigational drug. 4. Use of similar Chinese herbal medicine or drugs affecting blood flow within the past month.
