60 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients with a clinical diagnosis of heart failure; 2) Aged 60 years or older; 3) New York Heart Association (NYHA) functional classification of Grade II to IV; 4) Patients who are capable of daily verbal communication and voluntarily participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with severely decompensated heart failure who are unable to communicate normally; 2) Patients with severe hepatorenal impairment, hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism, malignant tumors, or those who have undergone abdominal surgery within the recent 3 months; 3) Patients with auditory and visual dysfunction or severe cognitive impairment.
