18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) =1 month after kidney transplantation; (2) Age between 18 and 60 years old; (3) Stable graft kidney function (serum creatinine level 30 ml/min); (4) Able to move freely and exercise the limbs; (5) Able to cooperate in completing a questionnaire, voluntarily participate throughout the study, and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with language, hearing, or comprehension impairments, or severe mental disorders; (2) Patients with severe complications; (3) Patients with severe heart, liver, brain, lung, or kidney diseases; (4) Patients who engage in regular physical activity on a long-term basis; (5) Patients with physical disabilities that prevent them from participating in physical activities; (6) Patients currently participating in other clinical trials that may affect the outcomes of this study.
