Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Meeting the diagnostic criteria for migraine according to the International Classification of Headache Disorders, 3rd edition (ICHD-3) of the International Headache Society (IHS), 2018. 2.Having experienced at least one migraine attack within the past week. 3.Not having received any preventive acupuncture or medication for migraine in the past week. 4.Aged between 18 and 75 years, right-handed, and of either sex. 5.Voluntarily providing signed informed consent and able to adhere to the treatment regimen. 6.Not having participated in any other interventional clinical trial within the past month.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with severe systemic diseases that prevent participation and cooperation in the trial. 2.Patients unable to cooperate with physical examinations or neuropsychological assessments due to hearing or visual impairments, aphasia, cognitive disorders, etc. 3.Patients comorbid with psychiatric or mental disorders. 4.Patients with poor compliance or limited financial resources, who are unable to complete the clinical observation as required by the study protocol. 5.Patients with contraindications to acupuncture, such as those who are pregnant or lactating.
