Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age between 65-85 years old; 2.Meet diagnostic criteria: Refer to the diagnostic criteria in the "Expert Consensus on the Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Diagnosis and Treatment of Atherosclerosis" released by the Lipid Metabolism and Atherosclerosis Study Group of the Cardiovascular Disease Professional Committee of the Chinese Association of Integration of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in 2017. This guideline classifies atherosclerosis based on the affected arterial sites, including aorta and its branches, coronary arteries, carotid arteries, cerebral arteries, renal arteries, mesenteric arteries, and peripheral artery. 3.Agree to participate and willing to cooperate with the trial, voluntarily sign the informed consent form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, such as acute heart failure (NYHA Class III or above), acute myocardial infarction with shock, acute cerebral infarction with coma or shock, and acute intracerebral hemorrhage during the acute phase; (2) Impaired liver and kidney function (AST > 200 U/L, ALT > 200 U/L, glomerular filtration rate GFR < 15%); (3) Concurrent infectious diseases or cancer.
