18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet diagnostic criteria for vestibular migraine with recent frequent episodes; (2) Aged between 18 and 65 years (inclusive), any gender; (3) Voluntary participation with good compliance, cooperative in examinations, and signed informed consent;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Vestibular migraine overlapping with other vestibular disorders (e.g., Ménière's disease, Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo, vestibular paroxysmia) or brainstem aura migraine/posterior circulation ischemia; (2) Central nervous system disorders (e.g., cerebral infarction, hemorrhage, space-occupying lesions) excluded by MRI; (3) Long-term use of analgesics, antivertigo drugs, antihistamines, or anxiolytics; (4) Severe cervical spondylosis, cardiopulmonary/hepatic/renal diseases, or psychiatric disorders; (5) Severe anxiety/depression; (6) Pregnant or lactating women; (7) Participation in other clinical trials within 3 months;
