Test group:Sepsis bundle (EGDT) +rhbnp (0.01 µ g/kg/min continuously pumped for 3 days) + Shenfu Injection
Control group:Sepsis bundle (EGDT) + Shenfu Injection

18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.18 = age=70 2. consistent with sepsis 3.0 diagnosis 3. in patients with sepsis, ejection fraction (EF) 900 pg/mL 6. patients with acute heart failure (for the diagnosis of heart failure, refer to the Chinese guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of heart failure 2024) 7. cardiac function classification III or IV (according to NYHA cardiac function classification) (refer to the diagnosis and treatment of heart failure in China for the diagnosis of heart failure Guide 2024) 8. agree to participate in the trial and sign the informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. pregnant women and lactating women. 2. those who are known to be allergic to the drug ingredients of this study. 3. severe stenosis of mitral and aortic valves 4. restrictive or obstructive cardiomyopathy 5. restrictive pericarditis 6. pericardial tamponade 7. coronary artery occlusion 8. left to right shunt of heart 9. acute pulmonary embolism 10. patients with systolic blood pressure <90mmhg 11. the investigator decides that he is not suitable to participate in the study.
