Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Those who meet the diagnostic criteria of SPID; (2) Women aged 22 to 50, married or unmarried with a history of sexual life; (3) Chronic pelvic pain, and the average degree of pain assessed by the Visual Analogue Scale in the past week was =4 points; (4) Those who voluntarily participate in this trial and sign a written informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Those with related symptoms caused by other diseases such as ectopic pregnancy, ovarian cyst torsion/rupture, endometriosis, adenomyosis, pelvic venous congestion, and tuberculous pelvic inflammatory disease; (2) Those with acute exacerbation of pelvic inflammatory disease; (3) Those who have received acupuncture, moxibustion with interlaced moxibustion or traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment for pelvic inflammatory disease in the past month; (4) Those with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver and kidney diseases, malignant tumors, hematopoietic system diseases and mental disorders.
