Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Meets the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine and Chinese medicine syndrome; expected survival period =6 months; has not taken other medications for treating anemia before participating in this study; Karnofsky Performance Status (KPS) score =60 points.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Anemia symptoms caused by other diseases, with concurrent other hematological disorders; cases that do not meet the inclusion criteria, or meet the criteria but did not take medication as prescribed, making it impossible to assess efficacy or with incomplete data affecting efficacy judgment; pregnant or breastfeeding women; individuals allergic to the medications used.
