Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient meets the diagnostic criteria for Functional Constipation according to the Rome IV criteria. Following a colonic transit study, which revealed significantly delayed colonic transit, the diagnosis was further specified as Functional Constipation (Slow Transit Type); 2. Aged between 18 and 65 years old; 3. Constipation duration exceeding 6 months; 4. Colon transit test showing a marker excretion rate of less than 80% within 72 hours; 5. Possess complete baseline and follow-up data required for the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Secondary constipation caused by medication, metabolic diseases, or mechanical obstruction; 2. Suffering from severe cardiovascular, hepatic, renal, or hematological diseases; 3. History of abdominal surgery (excluding appendectomy); 4. Pregnant or lactating women; 5. History of fainting from acupuncture or fear of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment; 6. Participation in other clinical trials or use of other constipation treatment methods within 4 weeks before enrollment.
