Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Age: Patients aged 18 to 75 years; 2) Diagnosis of atrophic gastritis by endoscopy and histopathology (confirmed by the presence of atrophy in at least one biopsy site); 3) Negative result from a urea breath test for Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori), or a documented history of successful eradication of H. pylori with a subsequent negative test; 4) Not meeting any of the exclusion criteria.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Severe cardiac, hepatic, or renal dysfunction. 2) History of gastric surgery. 3) History of psychiatric disorders. 4) Intake of antibiotics, acid-suppressive drugs, or gastroprotective agents within 2 weeks prior to enrollment. 5) Incomplete clinical data or misdiagnosed cases.
