Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Meet the above-mentioned diagnostic criteria of both Western and Chinese medicine: Western medicine diagnostic criteria refer to the "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Adult Primary Immune Thrombocytopenia (2016 Edition)" [8]; Chinese medicine syndrome diagnostic criteria are based on the "Standards of Diagnosis and Efficacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine Diseases" for the 'Qi deficiency failing to control' syndrome [9]; 2) Age 18–70 years; 3) Disease duration =12 months, confirmed as chronic ITP; 4) Platelet count <30×10^9/L, or 30–50×10^9/L with clinical bleeding manifestations; 5) No glucocorticoid pulse therapy or other immunosuppressive treatment in the past 4 weeks; 6) Signed informed consent and voluntarily participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with secondary thrombocytopenia caused by systemic lupus erythematosus, lymphoma, myelodysplastic syndrome, etc.; 2) Patients with severe liver, kidney, or heart dysfunction; 3) Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 4) Individuals allergic to the components of Guipi Decoction or Eltrombopag; 5) Those who cannot follow up regularly according to the plan or have poor compliance.
