Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: Confirmed as adenomyosis of the uterus through gynecological examination, ultrasound, MRI, and other imaging studies; 2: Meets the diagnostic criteria for qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome in traditional Chinese medicine; 3: Females aged between 20-48 years, who have not yet gone through menopause; 4: Increased menstrual flow, with a volume increase of =1/3 compared to previous menstrual cycles, or accompanied by prolonged menstrual duration, with the menstrual period lasting =7 days; 5: Visual Analog Scale (VAS) score =4/10; 6: Normal results for blood tests, urinalysis, stool tests, liver and kidney function, and electrocardiogram; 7: Voluntarily signed the informed consent form and able to cooperate to complete the entire research process.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: Those combined with gynecological diseases such as uterine fibroids, pelvic infections, pelvic malignant tumors, and other severe internal medical diseases. 2: Those who have received other specific drugs( such as using GnRHa continuously for more than one week, etc.) 3: Those who are allergic to the relevant ingredients of Gongliuxiao Capsules 4: Those combined with severe cardiac insufficiency, hepatic insufficiency, and renal insufficiency, which affects the drug metabolism and tolerance. 5: Pregnant women, breastfeeding women and Women preparing for pregnancy 6: Those who suffer from mental illnesses or cognitive impairments are unable to communicate normally and complete the study
