Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Be over 18 years old and under 80 years old; (2) Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for coronary heart disease, have indications for PCI, and have signed the surgical consent form; (3) No severe spasm occurred during the first radial artery puncture or previous punctures; (4) Those with good vascular pulsation of the ulnar and radial arteries and positive Allen test; (5) Voluntarily participate in this study and sign a written informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1)Emergency PCI surgery; (2) It is known that the radial artery has anatomical abnormalities, severe tortuosity or occlusion; (3) Severe liver and kidney dysfunction (ALT/AST > 3 times the upper limit, eGFR < 30 ml/min/1.73m2); (4) Severe heart failure (NYHA cardiac function grade IV), hemodynamic instability; (5) Patients with sick sinoatrial node syndrome, second-degree or higher atrioventricular block without a pacemaker installed; (6) Allergic to or contraindicated to vasodilators such as nitroglycerin and verapamil; (7) Allergic to adhesive tape or the seeds of Plantago asiatica; (8) There are skin lesions such as eczema, ulcers and chilblains in the local auricle. (9) Long-term use of sedatives, analgesics or anti-anxiety drugs; (10) Pregnant or lactating women.
