Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients meet the diagnostic criteria for diabetes as specified in the "Chinese Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes (2020 Edition)" or have retrospective electronic medical record data; 2. Patients are aged =18 years; 3. The electronic medical record documents =1 visit; 4. The electronic medical record includes records of traditional Chinese and Western medical diagnoses, symptoms and signs, physical and chemical examinations, prescriptions, traditional Chinese medicine, dosages, etc., as well as possible auxiliary treatment recommendations such as diet and exercise.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: In the data screening process, cases that do not meet the above inclusion criteria or fail to pass the data quality review will be excluded from the study.
