18 Years to 30 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) College students aged between 18-30, with no gender restrictions; 2) Meets the diagnostic criteria for qi stagnation; 3) Can accept and cooperate with this experiment; 4) No other martial arts training has been conducted in the past 4 weeks; 5) Voluntarily register to participate in this experiment and sign the informed consent form. If any of the above answers are 'no', the subject cannot be included in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) History of mental illness or family history of mental illness; 2) Currently or previously diagnosed with major depressive disorder; 3) Patients with severe organ and tissue damage, infectious diseases, or mental illnesses; 4) Pregnant and lactating women, women during menstruation should undergo further evaluation during non menstrual periods. If any of the above answers are "yes", the subject cannot participate in this study.
