High-protein group:Regular diet + 1 egg + 150 ml of milk
High-Zn group:Regular diet + zinc sulfate tablets (2 tablets per meal)
High-nutrition group:Regular diet + 60g of Ensure
Regular diet group:Regular diet

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Primary brain glioma; 2. Age = 18 years and = 65 years; 3. Signed informed consent form; 4. Significant decrease in trace elements post-surgery (= 3 items).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. KPS score <60 points, unable to tolerate this study; 2. Suffering from gastrointestinal diseases, unable to eat; 3. Patients with allergies (allergic to two or more foods, drugs, etc.); 4. Participated in other clinical trials within the past three months.
