Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients requiring gynecological laparoscopic surgery under general anesthesia with endotracheal intubation; 2. Patients who have not taken any prokinetic drugs within the past 48 hours; 3. Patients with ASA physical status classification I-II; 4. Patients aged 18 years or older and 60 years or younger; 5. Patients whose surgery proceeded smoothly without intraoperative complications, without the need for conversion to open surgery, and without the need for transfer to ICU postoperatively.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: History of digestive system diseases such as ulcerative colitis and intestinal tuberculosis; Coexisting mental disorders or psychological diseases; Other severe primary underlying diseases; Unable to tolerate the smell of ginger or skin ulcers at acupoints.
