Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the evaluation criteria for poor posture; (2) 8 years old = 29 years old, male or female not limited; (3) Within the past year, there have been no physiological factors that may affect the experimental results, such as fractures, muscle strains, or inability to perform basic movements due to surgery; (4) No colds or insomnia within one week before the experiment; (5) Voluntarily cooperate to complete treatment and research, and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Age29 years old; (2) Exclude individuals with severe physical deformities who are unable to complete the experiment; (3) Exclude individuals who have suffered fractures, muscle strains, or surgeries within the past year that have prevented them from performing basic movements; (4) Exclude individuals who have had a cold or insomnia within the week prior to the trial; (5) Merge other serious primary diseases such as heart, kidney, brain, hematopoietic system, and psychiatric patients; (6) Those who cannot complete basic actions and have poor compliance.
