Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Meet the diagnostic criteria for stroke and post-stroke shoulder pain; 2.Unilateral hemiplegia and hemiplegic shoulder pain after stroke; 3.30-70 years old, male or female not limited;4.First or second stroke, lasting between 2 weeks and 3 months;5.VAS score = 3, patients have not received any shoulder pain treatment or participated in other clinical studies for at least one week prior to the study;6.Brunnstrom upper limb hand function stage = 3;7.Unconscious disorders (Glasgow Coma Scale = 15 points);8.Voluntarily participate in this study and cooperate with the examination and treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with any cerebrovascular disease other than stroke; 2. Any previous soft tissue injury of the shoulder joint, including dislocation or subluxation, that occurred before the onset of stroke; 3. Severe cognitive impairment or complete aphasia and inability to cooperate with outcome evaluation; 4. Individuals with severe heart, liver, kidney diseases, and moderate to severe infections; 5. Pregnant or lactating women.
