Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Between 18 and 70 years old; (2) Meets the clinical diagnostic criteria for metabolism-related fatty liver disease; (3) Provides informed consent and signs the informed consent form. Referring to the inclusion criteria for relatively healthy individuals in domestic scholars' clinical trials, the inclusion criteria for healthy individuals are as follows: (1) Age between 18 and 70 years old (inclusive), with no gender restrictions; (2) Body Mass Index (BMI) within the normal range (19 < BMI < 24); (3) No bad habits such as smoking or excessive alcohol consumption; (4) No history of cardiovascular, endocrine, digestive, respiratory, hematological, neurological, or infectious diseases; (5) No clinically significant abnormal indicators found in routine blood, urine, and stool tests, blood biochemistry, coagulation function, electrocardiogram, or abdominal ultrasound; (6) No clinically significant positive physical signs found during physical examination. Individuals who meet all of the above six criteria, provide informed consent, and sign the informed consent form will be included in the healthy control group.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Other liver diseases: such as alcoholic liver disease, viral hepatitis, drug-induced liver disease, autoimmune liver disease, etc.; (2) Patients with severe dysfunction of heart and lung, severe diseases of hematopoietic system, urinary system, digestive system, or rheumatic immune system, or malignant tumors; (3) Pregnant women and breastfeeding women.
