Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Diagnostic Criteria Refer to the *Expert Consensus on the Management of Post-Stroke Cognitive Impairment (2021)*, with the criteria as follows: (1) Clear diagnosis of stroke: Refer to the "Diagnostic Criteria for Stroke" in Key Diagnostic Points of Major Cerebrovascular Diseases in China (2019). (2) Presence of cognitive impairment: Specifically refer to the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Dementia and Cognitive Impairment (2018, Part 5): Diagnosis and Treatment of Mild Cognitive Impairment. (3) Temporal relationship between stroke and cognitive impairment: Cognitive impairment occurs after the stroke event and persists for 3 months. Inclusion Criteria (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria; (2) Early-onset post-stroke cognitive impairment, with the time since the stroke event ranging from 3 months to 6 months; (3) Mild to moderate cognitive impairment, with a Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) score between 10 and 26 points; (4) Age between 40 and 80 years; (5) Signed informed consent form. (Note: Patients who meet all five of the above criteria will be included.)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria (1) Cognitive impairment not caused by stroke; (2) Inability to cooperate with treatment or unstable vital signs; (3) Patients with tumors or pregnant women; (4) Inability to complete trial examinations due to personal reasons, such as contraindications to MRI. Note: Any patient meeting any one of the above criteria will be excluded.
