18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age between 18 and 65 years 2) Duration of illness for 6 months 3) ISI score of 15 points (indicating moderate to severe insomnia) 4) Have not received systematic insomnia interventions in the past 3 months (e.g., cognitive-behavioral therapy, regular use of sedative-hypnotic medications) 5) Able to cooperate in completing questionnaire assessments and full-night polysomnography monitoring

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Those with secondary conditions due to neurological diseases (e.g.Parkinson's disease, epilepsy), endocrine disorders (e.g., hyperthyroidism), or malignant tumors; (2) Individuals currently taking central nervous system stimulants, antipsychotic medications, or antidepressants; (3) Those with severe mental disorders, with a Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAMD-17) score >20 or a Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HAMA) score >14; (4) Pregnant or breastfeeding women; (5) Individuals with ear skin abrasions, eczema, or adhesive tape allergies; (6) Those unable to adhere to treatment or likely to withdraw midway.
